About Us : Chihuahuas Cantina & Grill is a growing Mexican restaurant with an exciting vibe and delicious food that brings together the best of Mexican culture and cuisine. Our original location has been a community staple for years, and we're thrilled to be opening the position for General Manager for our second location, which we’re looking to take to even greater heights. We’re seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to help us grow, inspire, and manage our team at this new location.

The Role :

As the General Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of our second location. This is a leadership role where you’ll be expected to maintain the high standards our brand is known for, all while building and leading an amazing team.

You’ll be :

Hiring, training, and retaining top talent to ensure a strong, passionate, and effective team.
Overseeing restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
Managing staff schedules, payroll, and budgets.
Maintaining a positive and efficient work environment that fosters growth, teamwork, and accountability.
Working closely with the ownership team to implement best practices, drive profitability, and elevate customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For :

Hardworking & Adaptable : You must be ready to roll up your sleeves and be flexible when it comes to handling the unexpected. We’re all about being solutions-oriented and hands-on when needed.

Smart & Stern : You’ll need to be sharp, quick-thinking, and capable of making tough decisions while ensuring the best interests of the restaurant.

Easy Going & Charismatic : While we expect results, we also value creating a positive environment for both staff and customers. You should have a strong presence and be able to motivate and inspire others.

Proven Experience : Experience in managing a restaurant or team is a must. Prior experience in the hospitality industry is highly preferred.

Leadership Skills : You should be able to train, coach, and inspire others to perform at their best and hold them accountable.

Job Details :

Hours : 60 hours / week (flexible, including nights and weekends)
