Role Description
This Customer Success Manager position is a full-time, on-site role at Chiirp in American Fork, UT. Our Customer Success Managers are responsible for identifying customer goals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, and building strong relationships with our customer base and partners. This is achieved through sharing best practices, consulting on marketing and outreach campaigns, and problem solving with internal resources to deliver exceptionally valuable outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong history of Customer Satisfaction, Customer Retention, and Customer Service skills
- Talent for quickly learning and teaching/training others to use new software
- Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making
- Track record of building relationships and leveraging positive outcomes that foster strong client partnerships
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Experience in CRM software and other software that aids in efficiency
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- 2 years experience in a customer-facing role with experience in a Customer Success role a plus
