DSP

Experience in supervising, assisting, training people

with disabilities in daily living activities (or) supervising learning activities of any age group is preferred but not required.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have a safe driving record and hold a valid driver’s license
• Must have proof of auto insurance.
• Must be capable of occasional transferring and lifting of clients – if needed
• Must be capable of providing services in any setting, i.e. facility, community, vehicle, etc.
• Must obtain / maintain certification and be able to implement CPR & First Aid. Training is to be completed within 1 month of employment or earliest availability. (Provided and/or paid by C.A.R.S.)
• Must obtain / maintain certification and be able to implement NVCPI. Training is to be completed within 1 month of employment or earliest availability. (Provided and/or paid by C.A.R.S.)
• Must successfully complete Core A and Core B [dispensing medication] within 120 days of employment. (Provided and/or paid by C.A.R.S.)
• Must be free of communicable disease.
• Must not have any evidence of abuse or fraud in any setting
• Must not have been convicted of a violent crime or crime related to a dependent population
• Must not have repeated or substantial violations of applicable laws and rules in operation of any type of residential, health or developmental program in the care of dependent persons.
• Must be able to input data electronically utilizing an electronic data collection system.
• Recommended to have basic understanding of Microsoft Office programs
• If applicable – Must have safe, dependable transportation with insurance and be willing to transport individuals in own vehicle if deemed necessary.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.22 - $18.22 per hour
