Position: Fiscal Manager
Reports to: Executive Director
FLSA Status: ExemptFull Time: 35 hours weekly
JOB PURPOSE :Provides office services by implementing financial and administrative systems, procedures, and policies, and monitoring other projects as directed by the CAP Executive DirectorDuties and Responsibilities Oversees general bookkeeping duties and the maintenance of financial records in QuickBooks. Creates individual grant budgets and the CAP Annual Budget. Prepares and distributes CAP’s Financial Policy and Procedures. Provides administrative support to the Executive Director, staff and the CAP Board. Oversees employee benefit management. Coordinates, prepares and submits financials to state and local funders as well as the Executive Director. Approves all expenditures. Oversees operation of equipment, monitors related maintenance, troubleshoots issues and coordinates repairs. Works a flexible schedule as required by the responsibilities of the position. Perform other duties as requested by the Executive Director.
QUALIFICATIONS Business Degree and two-four years in Finance field preferred Minimum Associate degree or two -, Managing Processes, Organization, Analyzing Information, Professionalism, Problem Solving, Supply Management, Inventory Control, Verbal Communication.
