Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide case management services to families referred by Child Welfare Services.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide case management services to families in need
- Collaborate with community resources and service providers to ensure comprehensive support
- Develop and implement individualized plans to address family needs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human services, social work, psychology, or related field
- Knowledge of child abuse, child development, and behavior
- Case management and advocacy skills
- Good computer skills and ability to work in a team environment
Working Conditions:
This position requires flexibility and willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed. A valid Hawaii driver's license, clear driver's abstract, and use of agency vehicle are also required.
