What are the responsibilities and job description for the Visitation Specialist position at Child and Family Services of Northwestern Michigan?
This position is a great position to learn basic social work skills, get an introductory view of human services, domestic violence, and non-profit work.
It may be the ideal position for a social work student, or anyone with a huge heart to help families.
Most of the hours take place in the afternoon, early evenings, or weekends.
Our Visitation Specialist mostly facilitates and observes visits and exchanges between parents and their children, then completes any needed documentation.
This position may also help facilitate inakes, and communication between family members.
Qualifications: Complete program training requirements (may involve travel to Traverse City site). Demonstrate competency in skills learned during training. Good boundaries are necessary.

Pay: $16.00 per hour
