As a Clinical Behavior Analyst Lead, you'll oversee the implementation of ABA programs for individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's or doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field, as well as BCBA certification from the BACB. Experience in providing clinical supervision to RBTs and behavior technicians is essential.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation of ABA programs for individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities.
- Provide clinical supervision to RBTs and behavior technicians in implementing behavior plans and ABA techniques.
- Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, progress notes, and reports.
