What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Support Specialist - CCMS position at Child Care Associates?
We are seeking a detail-oriented data support specialist to maintain secure data and provide support to the CCMS department.
Duties
- Responsible for performing clerical duties and providing routine administrative support to the CCMS department.
- Create and maintain a secure file room.
- Maintaining a tracking system for files, and assure that all files meet performance standards.
- Ensure that all faxes are distributed in a timely fashion.
- Responsible for the distribution, sorting and processing of daily mail.
- Requisition supplies for Program Services unit, and ensure necessary office materials are available for staff.
- Provide back-up support as needed for the front desk.
- Scan and email documents as work items into system and insert documents into files.
- Retrieve all files necessary for internal and external monitors.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum (2) years experience in general secretarial duties with an emphasis in work-flow management.
- Computer proficiency and organizational skills required.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and organize documents in a comprehensive manner.
- Ability to maintain accurate records
- Must be highly organized
