Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented data support specialist to maintain secure data and provide support to the CCMS department.


Duties

  • Responsible for performing clerical duties and providing routine administrative support to the CCMS department.
  • Create and maintain a secure file room.
  • Maintaining a tracking system for files, and assure that all files meet performance standards.
  • Ensure that all faxes are distributed in a timely fashion.
  • Responsible for the distribution, sorting and processing of daily mail.
  • Requisition supplies for Program Services unit, and ensure necessary office materials are available for staff.
  • Provide back-up support as needed for the front desk.
  • Scan and email documents as work items into system and insert documents into files.
  • Retrieve all files necessary for internal and external monitors.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum (2) years experience in general secretarial duties with an emphasis in work-flow management.
  • Computer proficiency and organizational skills required.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and organize documents in a comprehensive manner.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records
  • Must be highly organized

Child Care Associates offers a competitive benefits package that is provided to all full-time employees that include health, dental and life insurance coverage. Additional voluntary benefits are offered to all full-time employees in addition to the core benefits package. 


After completing one (1) year of service, the company contributes 4% of the employees earnings to the 403(b) retirement plan. If the employee also elects to make a contribution to the plan, Child Care Associates will match half (50%) of the employees contribution up to 4% of base salary.
