We are seeking an organized and efficient Program Support Specialist to assist with essential administrative duties in client services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and timely paperwork, including preparing, copying, filing, and tracking necessary documents. Responsibilities include typing correspondence, reports, forms, and labels, as well as maintaining both client and provider files. The Program Support Specialist will manage incoming and outgoing mail, serve as a back-up switchboard operator, and assist specialists in working with clients and providers. Additional tasks include preparing packets for self-arranged orientations, scheduling appointments for orientations, and directing calls.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in administrative, clerical, or finance-related roles, including data entry, record management, and document processing.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to type at least 45 WPM with accuracy.
- Reliable transportation required for administrative tasks as needed.
- Bilingual abilities preferred.
