Position Overview:
As the Center Director, you will be the heart of the center, ensuring excellence in curriculum implementation, teacher development, and family engagement. You will lead by example, uphold licensing and Cognia and TRS accreditation standards, and cultivate a thriving learning environment for children and staff alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team of dedicated educators
- Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and safety standards
- Build strong relationships with families, staff, and the community
- Implement and oversee curriculum, ensuring high-quality learning experiences
- Manage center operations, including enrollment, staffing, and financials
- Foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture
Qualifications:
Minimum 4-5 years of leadership experience in early childhood education
Strong knowledge of licensing, Cognia and TRS accreditation
Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills
A passion for early childhood education and commitment to excellence
Ability to inspire and motivate a team while fostering a supportive culture
