About the Scheduling Coordinator position
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for managing and maintaining schedules for our behavior technicians and supervisors, ensuring efficient coordination of services. The ideal candidate is proactive, a strong communicator, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain scheduling for behavior technicians and supervisors, ensuring optimized case distribution.
- Monitor and address scheduling gaps, cancellations, and rescheduling needs.
- Oversee shared inbox and Teams chat rotations to ensure timely responses to client and staff inquiries.
- Track authorizations and utilization to maximize service efficiency.
- Work closely with recruiters and the administrative team to align staffing needs with scheduling demands.
- Collaborate with supervisors and case managers to facilitate schedule adjustments and case assignments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date scheduling records in the system.
- Provide exceptional customer service to staff and clients by addressing scheduling concerns promptly.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in scheduling, preferably in a healthcare or ABA setting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience with Central Reach is a plus.
