Purpose of Role:
As a Project Specialist will assist with communicating and interacting with child care providers and tracking program requirements. The project specialist will maintain files by conducting necessary follow up, collecting documentation and completing verifications and have keen attention to detail to ensure ongoing compliance and eligibility for the Stage 1 and Bridge Supplemental Rates Payment Project.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for a high caseload of childcare providers to update changes such as but not limited to; change of address, provider type, reimbursement eligibility on a monthly basis and other information as required.
- Audit digital files, spreadsheet and/or database for accuracy and completion.
- Communicate with childcare providers to obtain required information; provide excellent customer service.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, virtual chat or text messaging.
- Verify Tax ID and use Adobe Sign to collect W9; respond to questions and provide training to providers on how to complete the W9 and any other required documentation or forms.
- Collect and verify information required for electronic funds transfer (EFT).
- Participate in regular team meetings and work closely with staff from different departments to ensure timely payment of supplemental rate payments.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow privacy laws, rules and regulations, and procedures in regard to record keeping, using appropriate judgement in answering questions, releasing information considering the consequences of disclosure.
- Other duties supporting CDA programs as assigned.
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma; any education, training and/or experience that demonstrate possession of the knowledge, skills and abilities listed above.
- Must have willingness to learn and ability to understand and follow oral and written directions.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel; Microsoft Outlook, Data Entry; Google Docs or other spreadsheet applications.
- Entry level technical support
- Typing speed of 35WPM or higher.
Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday—Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Office/Remote (hybrid) options available after training has been completed.
