- Possess leadership qualities as found in 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1.
- Demonstrate love for Jesus Christ, prayer, and a passion to reach children with the Gospel.
- Love the local church and other Christian organizations, valuing them as ministry partners.
- Complete or will complete 12 weeks of Children's Ministry Institute.
