What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Support Specialist position at Child & Family Agency?
Child and Family Agency is a non-profit agency dedicated to providing compassionate care for children, adolescents, and their families. We are looking for a dynamic, flexible individual to join our Client Support Specialist team for a full time role!
Primary Duties:
- Ready, maintain, and appropriately open/close the clinical office
- Schedule management to include scheduling, backfilling cancellations
- Collection of payments
- Managing charts in electronic health record
- Greet, sign in, and assist vendors to sites or request assistance from supervisors as needed
- Maintain a safe and inviting waiting room area
- Maintain and manage all client information in compliance with HIPAA
- Enter intake, periodic, and discharge data into heavy data entry
- Travel to other sites as needed for coverage (Pawcatuck, Groton, New London, Westbrook)
Qualifications:
- Highschool Diploma
- At least 1 year of previous administrative assistant and/or receptionist experience
- Excellent customer service
- Attention to Detail
- Familiarity with general office equipment
- Bi-lingual preferred
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Varies between Day/Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
