Child and Family Agency was founded in 1972 to support and nurture our community’s most vulnerable population. CFA is currently seeking a talented Credentialing Specialist to join our team! This position is full-time, 40 hours per week and is a hybrid remote role. The Credentialing Specialist will work closely with providers and other staff and will be responsible for credentialing clinical staff, managing enrollment, and handling clerical tasks and special projects as needed.

- have a great attention to detail, and be highly organized
- be able to develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external sources
- have excellent communication skills and excel at meeting/exceeding deadlines
- be well versed in the medical billing field
- have strong time management, analytical and problem-solving skills
- be able to work well independently but also enjoys collaborating as a team
Qualifications:
- have a high school diploma with 1-5 years of Credentialing experience, specifically in a healthcare setting
- have familiarity with Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial contracts
- be proficient in Microsoft Office applications as well as Electronic Medical Records systems
The annual salary for this position is: $50,000.
