Child and Family Agency is seeking a dedicated and compassionate part-time Mental Health Clinician to join our Intake team. This role requires strong clinical skills, the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, and a commitment to providing high-quality care. Our ideal candidate would have the ability to travel to any of our four sites; New London, Groton, Pawcatuck, and Westbrook and would appreciate the flexibility of setting their own 20 hour schedule between the hours of 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
- Current state licensure as a [LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Psychologist, etc.] or license eligible [LMSW, PC-A, MFT-A].
- At least 2 years of experience in a clinical mental health setting, including diagnostic and biopsychosocial assessments.
- Knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and best practices.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and documentation standards.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.

Salary range: $30,000-$32,500. Bi-lingual Spanish/English preferred with significant pay differential offered.
