The Data Analyst duties would include, but are not limited to:
- collecting and analyzing data related to product/service quality
- developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to track quality metrics
- collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven improvements
- ensuring data integrity and accuracy in all analyses
Our ideal candidate would:
- have excellent internal and external communication skills
- work well independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- possess a strong attention to detail and be able to effectively multi-task
Qualifications:
- preferred Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Quality Management, or a related field
- High school diploma with proven experience as a Data Analyst, or similar role in Quality Assurance
- proficiency in data analysis tools and software; Qualtrics experience highly preferred
