The Quality Assurance Specialist Supervisor duties would include, but are not limited to:
- overseeing the quality assurance team to ensure that all products/services comply with established quality standards
- supervising quality assurance processes, mentoring team members, and collaborating with other departments to enhance quality outcomes
Our ideal candidate would:
- have a strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and tools
- possess excellent leadership and team management skills
- be able to effectively communicate and work collaboratively with diverse teams
- have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Qualifications:
- preferred Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field
- proven experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
