Salary Range (final salary offer is based on a number of factors, such as certifications, experience, and more):
$66,562.00 to $74,960.25 per year

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work or Psychology.
- Must be License-eligible, i.e., board-registered MFT-Intern, ASW, MSW or Waivered Psychologist.
- Two years post-degree clinical experience conducting assessments with children and adolescents and their families.
- Bilingual skills highly preferred (i.e., Spanish or other language relevant to the clients’ needs).
- Must possess a valid California driver's license and maintain an insurable driving record under the Clinics' liability policy. May be required to obtain a Class II California driver’s license.
- Must pass all applicable health, fingerprint/LiveScan and DMV clearances.
JOB PURPOSE:
The Clinician I – MAT provides comprehensive in-home assessment services and case management for children, adolescents and their families who are referred by DCFS.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Thoroughly conduct assessments of child(ren), adolescents and adults referred by DCFS. This includes collecting pertinent health, dental and school functioning information.
- Thoroughly complete the MAT Summary of Findings assessment tool within 30 calendar days from the date that the referral was received.
- Provide the Summary of Findings at the MAT meetings.
- Revise the summary of Findings after additional information has been received at the MAT Meeting.
- Send the completed final Summary of Findings to DCFS within 45 calendar days from the date the referral was received.
- Link children, adolescents and their families to needed community services as needed.
- Consultation with relevant supervisors and DCFS as needed.
- Complete all necessary DMH documentation in a timely manner.
- Provide individual/family therapy as needed.
SECONDARY JOB DUTIES:
- Manage all information containing sensitive/confidential content with utmost discretion and adherence to all relevant policies and procedures. Maintain confidentiality for all sensitive matters.
- Collaborate with other staff across the organization as needed to promote integration among programs and departments.
- Other duties as assigned, including, but not limited to outpatient assessments and client coverage.
WORK SCHEDULE: (subject to change based on Center’s needs)
FLSA Status: Exempt – Full Time
Work-Week: Sunday – Saturday
Actual work schedule as agreed with Direct Supervisor and based on business/program needs.
