Lead Licensed Clinician (LLC) Role
The Lead Licensed Clinician (LLC) is responsible for overseeing clinical programs and clinicians within our fast-paced non-profit behavioral health clinic.
The LLC will maintain a caseload, provide supervision and consultation to clinicians and staff, and work with the Clinical Director to ensure evidence-based practices are followed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a caseload and provide psychotherapy interventions, health and behavior change, substance use treatment, and triage for appropriate level of care.
- Provide supervision and consultation to clinicians and staff on evidence-based practices, including manualized treatment modalities and measurement based care.
- Work with the Clinical Director to implement evidence-based practices and improve clinical outcomes.
- Coordinate clinic staff professional development and training, intern/extern support, training enrollment, and evidence-based practice implementation oversight.
Requirements:
- Clinical skills for conducting brief and targeted assessments.
- Experience working with diverse populations, including the military population and veterans.
- Ability to work day, evening, and weekend shifts, with some travel required.
