**Clinical Leadership**
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Lead Licensed Clinician to join our team at Child & Family Service. As a leader in our clinical department, you will be responsible for overseeing clinical programs and clinicians, ensuring that our services are delivered with the highest level of quality and integrity.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining a caseload of clients and providing direct clinical services.
- Providing supervision and consultation to clinicians, clinical team, and staff.
- Collaborating with Clinical Director to develop and implement evidence-based practices.
- Coordinating clinic staff professional development and training.
Qualifications and Experience**
- Clinical skills required for conducting brief and targeted assessments to provide psychotherapy interventions, health and behavior change, substance use treatment, and triage for appropriate level of care.
- Experience working with military population and diverse populations, providing treatment for PTSD highly-recommended.
- Ability to work day, evening, and weekend shifts.
- Experience training and developing staff.
