**Job Description**
The Lead Licensed Clinician is responsible for overseeing clinical programs and clinicians within this fast-paced non-profit behavioral health clinic. The role involves maintaining a caseload, providing supervision and consultation to clinicians, clinical team, and staff, working with the Clinical Director to ensure evidence-based practices, including manualized treatment modalities and measurement-based care, coordinating clinic staff professional development and training, intern/extern support, training enrollment, and evidence-based practice implementation oversight.
Responsibilities and Expectations**
- Maintain a caseload of clients and provide direct clinical services.
- Provide supervision and consultation to clinicians, clinical team, and staff.
- Collaborate with Clinical Director to develop and implement evidence-based practices.
- Coordinate clinic staff professional development and training.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure effective delivery of services.
