**Job Requirements**
The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, experience working with diverse populations, and a passion for providing high-quality care. Key qualifications include:
- Clinical skills required for conducting brief and targeted assessments to provide psychotherapy interventions, health and behavior change, substance use treatment, and triage for appropriate level of care.
- Experience working with military population and diverse populations, providing treatment for PTSD highly-recommended.
- Ability to work day, evening, and weekend shifts.
- Experience training and developing staff.
