What You’ll Be Doing
You will play a vital role in supporting the agency’s fundraising efforts, special events, and operational activities. The Events Manager will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of agency events and programs, as well as maintaining efficient administrative processes for the department.
Your Main Priorities
While additional responsibilities are likely to arise on the job, you will primarily :
Event Coordination
- Lead all logistical planning and execution for fundraising events for the agency.
- Plan and execute the Annual Meeting.
- Organize the Annual Staff Appreciation Event.
Holiday Giving Program
Volunteer Program
Administrative Support

Physical Requirements
Operational staff :
This position involves work in an office setting. Tasks include operating a computer for extended periods, communicating with colleagues, and occasional lifting of office / department materials up to 25lbs. The role also requires the ability to sit for extended periods, bending, reaching, hearing and vision.
