Qualifications :
Master’s Degree Social Work
Active Ohio licensure as an LISW-S
Location :

Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced and licensed Social Work Supervisor to provide clinical supervision and support to social workers on an independent contractor basis. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of social work practices, ethics, and standards, with a passion for guiding and mentoring professionals in the field.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide clinical supervision to social workers in accordance with state and professional requirements.
Review and evaluate case documentation, ensuring adherence to ethical and legal standards.
Offer guidance on case management, intervention strategies, and client interactions.
Facilitate regular supervision sessions, both individually and in groups.
Maintain thorough records of supervision sessions and feedback provided.
Stay updated on best practices, laws, and regulations in social work.
Professional Liability Insurance providing single limit coverage in an amount of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence with an annual aggregate limit of $2,000,000
Minimum of 1year of post-licensure experience in social work.
Proven experience in a supervisory or mentorship role.
Strong understanding of social work ethics, laws, and professional guidelines.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
