Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring a safe and pleasant atmosphere for all occupants. Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure hygiene standards are met.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste appropriately.
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages or needs.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, such as deep cleaning or event preparation.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding any maintenance issues or concerns.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Good physical stamina; ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform tasks that require standing for extended periods.
- Flexibility in working hours, including the possibility of evenings or weekends if needed.
- A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent service.
