Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards.
- Foster a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Provide toddler care by attending to the physical, emotional, and developmental needs of each child.
- Monitor and assess children's progress in various areas including literacy education and social skills.
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child's development, behavior, and any concerns.
- Collaborate with other educators to enhance curriculum development and share best practices.
- Support children with special education needs by adapting teaching methods to meet individual requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom that promotes learning through play and exploration.
Requirements
- Experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of child welfare practices and toddler care techniques.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Familiarity with curriculum development tailored for early childhood education.
- A background in special education is a plus but not required.
- A passion for fostering a love of learning in young children within a private school or daycare environment.
- Relevant certifications or degrees in Early Childhood Education or related fields are highly desirable.
