Job Summary for Part Time Outpatient Mental Health Therapist: hourly base rate plus service-based pay (20 to 29 hrs per week)
Under the direct supervision of the Licensed Clinical Supervisor the therapist is responsible for providing high quality therapeutic services to clients and their families within the family systems approach.
General Duties and Responsibilities for Part Time Outpatient Mental Health Therapist:
- Provides quality therapeutic services to a fill caseload of clients
- Meeting or exceeding team productivity, billing, and administrative standards
- Develops and completes intake forms, psychosocial evaluations, treatment plans and progress notes within the required timeframe in the Electronic Health Record System
Requirements
Education and Experience Requirements for Part Time Outpatient Mental Health Therapist:
- Conferred Master’s degree and completed internship from a FL license-eligible program that allows the practitioner to register as an intern in the social work, therapeutic mental health counseling or marriage and family therapy disciplines.
- Moderate computer skills are also required, such as using Microsoft Office Suite and using an electronic health record.
- Current FL driver’s license and good driving record plus reliable transportation with automobile liability insurance is also required.
Preferred Education and Experience for Part Time Outpatient Mental Health Therapist:
- Previous experience providing therapeutic services to families and developing treatment plans based on current DSM/ICD diagnoses.
- Bilingual (Spanish)
