What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Manager position at Child Guidance Resource Centers?
The Operations Supervisor is responsible for the oversight and coordination of the Operations Administrators. The Operations Supervisor interfaces with employees, management, and clients with the expectation of delivering exceptional customer service. This position travels between the Havertown and South Philadelphia office locations.
Some responsibilities include :
- Maintain a working knowledge of the Operations Administrator position.
- Responsible for internal training and education of Operations Administrators.
- Schedule and designate work assignments for Operations Administrators.
- Serve as backfill for shift / work assignment coverage as necessary.
- Provide weekly supervision of all Operations Administrators.
- Gather / submit data on key performance improvement (PI) / Access indicators to Director of Operations & Health Information Management.
- Complete quarterly competency assessments and yearly performance evaluations for direct reports.
- Support Psychiatry Administration needs as needed (backfill for Psychiatric Administrator).
- Address issues in a timely and thoughtful manner with a focus on customer service and positive outcomes.
- Attention to employee issues / problems.
