Part-Time to Full-Time Administrative Assistant for a Psychologist office who has one year plus of medical office experience. Duties include phone calling, filing, prepping files, scheduling, watching & interacting with children and parents, assisting with virus precautions, cleaning office, and other miscellaneous office work. Must be well spoken, mature, energetic, creative, polite, organized, detail oriented, reliable and good with children. This job requires you to be able to multitask. Salary based on prior experience.
Qualifications Needed: Strong references, Good communicator; Skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel; Superb Computer skills; Aptitude to meet deadlines; Work effectively on team.
