The Child NeuroBehavioral Center for Health & Wellness, PC is looking for part-time and full-time employees. The job entails
- performing neuropsychological tests with children, adolescents & adults including the WISC, WAIS, WRAT & others (not just rating scales);
- assisting with autism evaluations;
- scoring and writing reports
- assist with a variety of therapies (neurofeedback, rehabilitation, group).
Prefer Masters’ degree or equivalent degree / experience in psychology. Formal instruction and practice in testing a plus. If interested, please submit BOTH a Cover Letter (with interests) & Resume.

About Us:
Dr. Gangarosa-Emerson completed her masters’ degree in Adult Neuropsychology at Drexel University while training in the Brain-Behavior Laboratory at the Hospital for the University of Pennsylvania. After graduation, she earned her Nouthetic counseling certificate, working with adults through the Atlanta Biblical Counseling Center. For the next eight years, she worked in the Neonatal Intensive Care Nursery at the Medical College of Georgia (assessing infants, toddlers, & children) while simultaneously obtaining a PhD with an emphasis in Child Neuropsychology and a certificate in Marriage & Family Counseling at the University of Georgia. While in her PhD program at the University of Georgia, she worked with parents, children, and adolescents in various clinics at the University of Georgia, Emory University, and the Medical College of Georgia. She completed her internship in Clinical Psychology at the Allegheny University of the Health Sciences performing assessments and therapy with children, parents, and adults in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She completed two additional years as a post-doctoral fellow in Neuropsychology at MCP Hahneman University Hospital and St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children. For the past several years, she has been interested in and developing a neurofeedback program to augment therapy and recently completed a certification in the Othmer Method (2019). She has over twenty-five years of experience serving individuals in an assessment and therapeutic context.
Dr. Perkins has an MS in School Psychology (2017) from the Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, New York. She graduated with a doctorate in Clinical Psychology (2023) from Immaculata University in Pennsylvania. Dr. Perkins completed her Clinical Internship at Avondale Elementary School District in Arizona and her master’s internship at Southeast Delco School District in Sharon Hill, PA. She also completed several Doctoral practicums at 1) Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia in PA administering neuropsychological assessments to children with stroke, cardiac complications, genetic disorders, autism, & anxiety, 2) RSM Psychology Center, LLC in Princeton, NJ completing comprehensive neuropsychological / psychological evaluations for children & adults with learning disability, ADHD, autism, TBI, stroke, dementia, anxiety disorders, & depression, 3) Elwyn, Inc. in Philadelphia, PA providing individual counseling to those with ADHD, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, schizoaffective disorder, anxiety disorders, intellectual delays, & schizophrenia & 4) AAA Neuropsychology LLC in Malvern, PA administering evaluations for older adolescents & adults with stroke, TBI, dementia, intellectual delays, anxiety, & depression.
Natalie Thurber is a licensed SLP who specializes in speech and literacy issues. She completed her master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology at Valdosta State University. She is ASHA Certified and Georgia Licensed. She has performed similar services in various clinics in the CSRA. She has worked for CNC since August 2022.
Mallory Halterman completed a Masters of Health Science in Occupational Therapy degree at the Medical College of Georgia / Augusta University in 2011. She has worked with adults and children as an occupational therapist at the Atlanta Speech School, Medical Center of Central Georgia and several other local rehabilitation sites. She is trained in neurodevelopmental work, Lindamood Bell Seeing Stars, and many research based treatments for sensory and motor issues. She has worked with Dr. Gangarosa Emerson since 2021.
Carly Holmes graduated from SUNY in upstate New York with a BS degree in psychology. She has a passion for children and teenagers. She has completed her two year certification in Neurofeedback, Othmer Method. She has been working at CNC since February 2019.
