Title: Children and Families Supervised Visitation Program Director
Supervisor: Operations Program Administrator
Status: Full Time, Exempt; Safety Sensitive Position; Evening and Weekend hours required
Summary: Provide program oversight and leadership for all visitation and exchange services.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Perform all activities to support the mission, vision and values of the Child Protection Center, Inc.
Demonstrate leadership skills through the incorporation of the Child Protection Center’s values.
Provide on-site program operations management at all visitation sites with high regard to safety procedures.
Project programmatic needs for budget development and monitor expenditures.
Generate and effectively communicate the policies and procedures with clients, volunteers and the public.
Provide training, supervision and evaluation of CFSVP staff and recruit, train and supervise volunteers.
Maintain positive working relationships with the community and referral agencies and serve as the liaison with community partners and clients with regard to service delivery.
Ability to resolve client, staff, and volunteer conflicts professionally and effectively.
Maintain and report statistical data to be utilized in grant reporting to ensure grant compliance and assist in writing programmatic grant applications.
Collaborate with the CPC Leadership team to meet the goals outlined in the Strategic Plan and to promote a professional and positive work atmosphere at the Child Protection Center.
Participate in community awareness and fundraising events that support CPC and provide presentations as needed.
Maintain confidentiality in regard to clients, volunteers and agency information.
Testify in court as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:

Level II Background Screening Professional Conduct and Appearance
EDUCATION AND TRAINING: Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Knowledge of domestic violence, sexual assault, child abuse, dating violence, stalking and mandatory child abuse reporting.
EXPERIENCE: Three years of experience in working with families in crisis; domestic violence, sexual assault, child abuse. Supervisory experience preferred.
