We are looking for a candidate with infant development expertise, previous childcare experience, and a long-term commitment to the field of early childhood education. Strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and a nurturing approach are essential for success in this role.

Schedule :

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Work Location : In person

Duties

Key Responsibilities :

As the Infant Teacher, you will :

  • Help plan and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans tailored to infants’ unique needs.
  • Provide individualized care, following each child’s schedule with precision and consistency.
  • Manage daily classroom operations, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and organization.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain compliance with state licensing regulations.
  • Requirements

    Qualifications and Skills :

  • Previous experience in a licensed childcare setting, especially with infants.
  • Certification as a Lead Teacher in childcare, prefferred.
  • Completion of the Fundamentals of Infant and Toddler Care course.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Passion for the childcare field and a commitment to making a long-term impact on young lives.
  • Candidates must be at least 18 years old and hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
