What are the responsibilities and job description for the Infant and Toddler Classroom Assistant Needed Immediately position at Child's View Montessori School?
Ages: 3 months - 35 months
Currently we are looking for a nurturing, and dependable individual to join our Montessori Infant and Toddler House! Ideal candidates must have experience working with infants and toddlers.
For us, individuals with good communication skills, a strong work ethic and who can work dependably with our other team members, while respecting the gifts of each child is key! Our goal is to continue to provide a consistent environment for our youngest friends; now, more than ever so on-the-job training will be provided. If you have a sense of humor, positive attitude, and are reliable in your attendance, then this may be a perfect opportunity for you! Those with a growth mindset, tend to do well within our staff community.
This position is currently part-time from about 08:15am-4:45pm, with potential room to grow in the future. Compensation is based on experience and education and we are happy to provide on the job, paid training to skilled individuals. We have a great parents and administrators that also love to pamper our staff members in various ways throughout the year!
