Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. This role involves working at multiple locations as needed, specifically our Huntsville locations. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. If you have excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients with a warm and friendly attitude
- Check-in and check-out client efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
-Handing all scheduling request
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
Experience:
- Previous experience as a front desk agent or in a similar customer service role is preferred
- Familiarity with medical or dental receptionist duties is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Ability to transcribe messages accurately
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office or similar office software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Experience in office management or administrative support is beneficial
