What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clerk position at Child Support Enforcement Agency?
Essential Functions:
- Prompt and regular attendance.
- Sorts, scans, copies, files, routes records and documents and maintains logs.
- Prepares and sends outs packets of information; maintains statistical information; sends correspondence letters to clients on an as-needed basis; and regularly reviews CSEA procedures and practices as well as the Child Support Enforcement Manual and other applicable state and federal statutes and regulations related to, but not limited to, assigned duties.
- Uses computer systems, including but not limited to SETS, EDMS and Case Management, making changes and data entry into the systems as needed.
- Attends and participates in all mandatory meetings, training sessions, or classes.
- Meets all job safety requirements and all applicable OSHA safety standards that pertain to essential functions.
Required Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED; knowledge of data processing techniques and procedures; office practices and procedures; skill in the use of office equipment; ability to carry out but basic written or oral instructions; deal with problems involving several variables communicate effectively; maintain records according to established procedures; answer routine telephone inquiries; develop and maintain effective working relationships.

Pay: $18.25 - $25.24 per hour
