Childcare Network is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childcare Bus Driver to join our team. As a Childcare Bus Driver, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe transportation of children to and from our facilities, while also serving as an assistant teacher, working alongside our educators to create a nurturing environment where children can thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transport children safely and efficiently to and from our facilities
- Assist in guiding young learners and planning engaging activities
- Cultivate strong partnerships with parents through open communication
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent and ability to pass a background check
- Genuine empathy and understanding of children's needs and development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances
- Physical ability to meet the demands of working with children
