Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and experienced Childcare Infant Teacher to join our team!

You will be leading a class of students through the school year, assessing their current academic level, and designing instruction to meet students collective and individual needs.

You are passionate about learning and helping students reach their potential. With strong creative and problem-solving skills, you love connecting with individual students and creating an engaging classroom environment.

Job Summary : This role involves planning and implementing age-appropriate educational activities, fostering social and emotional development, and ensuring the safety and well-being of each child.

Key Responsibilities :

Curriculum Development :

Design and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that aligns with educational standards.

Incorporate various teaching methods, including play-based learning, to meet the diverse needs of children.

Classroom Management :

Create a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.

Establish and maintain consistent routines and expectations for behavior.

Child Development :

Observe and assess each childs progress and development, adjusting activities as needed.

Support childrens social, emotional, and cognitive development through individual and group interactions.

Family Communication :

Foster strong relationships with families through regular communication about their childs progress and development.

Organize parent-teacher conferences and family engagement activities.

Collaboration :

Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to support a cohesive educational program.

Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and training opportunities.

Health and Safety :

Ensure a clean, safe, and healthy classroom environment.

Follow all health and safety regulations, including emergency procedures and reporting any concerns.

Qualifications :

Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (preferred).

Experience working with young children in a preschool or childcare setting.

Knowledge of early childhood development and best practices in education.

Skills :

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to create engaging and educational activities.

Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children.

Working Conditions :
