We are seeking a Documents Management Specialist II to serve as a team member of the Child Care Assistance program, a child care scholarship program that provides qualified families with child care scholarships to offset the high cost of child care so that parents can go to work or attend school or job training.

Responsibilities And Essential Job Functions
- Prepping files, scanning documents, alpha filing, creating files, auditing paperwork/checklist to ensure complete, manage documents in electronic/hard formats, and handling customer documents in a confidential manner at all times, while following all document control policies and procedures.
- Processing client’s eligibility mail, performing all tasks in processing massive mailings (mail, prep, scan, and index), tracking incoming documents to ensure timelines are met, stamp dating, receiving, coping, and contacting clients regarding returned mail.
- Following multiply direction in aligning papers to be able to visually see documents in electronic format.
- Entering data into TWIST and Workflow systems.
- Performs other duties as assigned
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- One year data entry preferred, general office experience required
- Knowledge of basic computer software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong data entry skills, communication skills, and customer service skills
- Must be able to effectively problem solve and be flexible
- Must be able to promote a positive work environment, multi-task and handle confidential information
- Prompt and regular attendance required
- Must possess strong business ethics
- Must be able to proficiently and accurately process data entry, scan documents, and meet deadlines associated with each task
- Must be a team player and be able to work independently and take initiative
- Computer, telephone headset, fax, scanner and all office equipment and general office equipment
- Must have a valid Texas driver's license if applicable
- Driving record must comply with CCG's automobile insurance carrier requirements
- Must have liability insurance coverage and reliable personal transportation
- Ability to travel locally or out of town as required
- Mileage reimbursement is offered when applicable
- Must successfully meet all compliance background check requirements for federal funding throughout employment
- Work requires normal physical effort with minimal lifting requirements of items weighing 25 pounds or less
