Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills, ensuring that every guest enjoys a memorable experience. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, providing excellent service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking drink orders and providing recommendations based on their tastes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Operate a Clover POS system for processing orders and payments efficiently.
- Assist with banquet and catering events as needed, ensuring timely service and quality presentation of drinks.
- Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes; assist in ordering supplies when necessary.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while serving drinks.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Bartender or in food service/hospitality is preferred.
- Strong math skills for handling cash transactions and drink measurements.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Knowledge of cocktail recipes, wine pairings, and beverage trends is beneficial.
