Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calling and telemarketing efforts to generate leads and follow up on prospects.
- Engage in warm calling to nurture existing relationships and identify new sales opportunities.
- Utilize Salesforce to track interactions, manage leads, and maintain accurate records of customer information.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the business development team to strategize on sales initiatives and improve outreach efforts.
- Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive engagement and effective closing techniques.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales or inside sales roles, preferably in technology or related industries.
- Strong background in outbound calling, telemarketing, and business development is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is an advantage.
