Youth Group Home Supervisor
Our services are all child and family based, meaning that they are individualized to meet their needs and desires. Our services are provided in beautiful homes, either in community based homes or foster care homes. We also provide support and assistance for children to become independent through our Independent Living Program
Schedule Available:
Shift A: Sunday - Tuesday 6am-6pm & Wednesday 6am-12pm
· Shift B: Wednesday 12pm - 6pm & Wednesday- Saturday 6am-6pm
· Shift C: Sunday - Tuesday 6pm - 6am & Wednesday 6pm-12am
· Shift D: Wednesday 12am - 6am & Wednesday- Saturday 6pm-6am
JOB RESPONSABILITIES:
- Ensure that all staff/contracted providers receive the required annual amount of training per agency policy and regulations
- Administrate and supervise all programs and residential sites in assigned geographic area
- Develop and implement all components of the daily operation of residential sites
- Maintain agency documentation current and accurate per governmental and agency guidelines and regulations
- Attend professional development sessions monthly and maintain required certifications in compliance with the State 3800 Regulations
- Ensure staff are available to provide all required and necessary medical/dental/psychiatric/other appointments/care in a timely manner
- Participate in the referral/intake/discharge process
- Establish relationships with state and local respective departments, office and community providers
- Ensure all staff are sufficiently trained on each youth’s needs.
- Complete and document monthly fire drills within regulatory guidelines
- Submit daily report to supervisor
- Follow all the organization’s policies and procedures
- Verify that all program sites/vehicles are maintained in accordance with policies and procedures
- Assign, orient, supervise, evaluate, counsel and terminate staff as necessary
- Participate in house meetings weekly
- Complete employee evaluations annually to direct support
- Ensure policy and procedure compliance with all employees in your charge; monitor compliance with annual reviews
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 per year
