Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment for all children.
- Assess and monitor children's progress, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs.
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support children's development and address any concerns.
- Provide care for infants and toddlers as needed, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Maintain accurate records of children's activities, progress, and behavior.
- Implement first aid procedures when necessary and maintain a clean, organized classroom.
- Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging their social skills and emotional growth.
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
Experience
- Previous experience in preschool education or childcare settings is preferred.
- Familiarity with special education practices and working with children with disabilities is highly desirable.
- Experience in daycare or toddler care settings is a plus.
- Knowledge of first aid procedures and child safety protocols is essential.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
- A genuine passion for educating young children and supporting their developmental needs.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
