- Help plan and implement fun, engaging programs for kids, including those with special needs or who've experienced trauma.
- Build meaningful relationships with children to track progress, identify challenges, and find solutions.
- Create and execute age-appropriate lesson plans with field trips, observations, and lots of creativity.

Requirements
A high school diploma or GED is required, along with childcare experience and the ability to obtain a CDA. An associate degree (AA) in Early Childhood Education or in progress is preferred. For Early Head Start (6 weeks-36 months), a CDA with Infant/Toddler coursework is required, or a commitment to obtain one.
Salary : $15 - $16
