With interest and experience in human services or criminal justice, as a case manager you will work in coordination with a juvenile court officer and be work with juveniles who are in the juvenile court/probationary system and need guidance, given positive direction and monitoring to help them make safe decisions.
Case Manager Job Summary:
Work with at risk youth under the general supervision of the Tracking and Monitoring Program Director, to assist with a variety of supportive services in a community based supervision of youth program, as defined by a treatment plan, for assigned at risk youth clients.
Case Manager Sample Job Duties:
- Provide intensive, direct supervision of probationers under the guidance of Juvenile Court Services.
- Monitor and enforce probationary agreement, court order or informal adjustment between youth and juvenile court officer.
- Provide crisis management in needed situations for the at risk youth in the juvenile justice system.
- Conduct unannounced UA's and PBT's weekly as needed.
- Rotate on-call responsibilities
- Attend all required court proceedings and provide court testimony when needed.
- Conduct family assessment meetings to address issues such as household rules, school attendance, family issues, etc. Conduct announced an unannounced visits.
- Perform all necessary record keeping and reporting functions as required, which includes provision of monthly reports to juvenile court offices for each adolescents.

Requirements
Associate degree in human service-related field with one to two years of system involved juveniles work experience required. Bachelor's degree in a human service-related field preferred. Valid driver's license is required. Proof of auto insurance for coverage to transport clients and have a safe driving record.
Salary : $19 - $20
