Description
Not your typical childcare setting! We offer a range of support for children and families, including a behavioral health therapist, physical and occupational therapy, and learning models to help children succeed in school. We’re looking for candidates with or willing to obtain a Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential within 18 months. Bilingual candidates are a plus!

The impactful work you'll be doing:
- Learn and implement the Frogstreet Pre-K curriculum
- Track and maintain records of children's development
- Work independently and collaborate with center staff to provide comprehensive care
- Participate in staff meetings to review and address program goals
- Attend required classes, workshops, and professional development
- Build relationships with children and families to support goal progress
- Adhere to Health and Human Services childcare standards
- Maintain a high IQ4K (Iowa Quality for Kids) rating

Requirements
High school diploma required, with preference given to those willing to obtain a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential. An associate degree or enrollment in Early Childhood Education, Adult, Child and Family Services, or Child Development is preferred.
Salary : $16 - $17
