We have an opportunity in the Mason City Iowa and surrounding counties, as a Parent Partner Coordinator. Full-time position with benefits.
80 hours of vacation after 90 days of employment
Up to 160 hours of vacation can be earned with longer employment.
80 hours of paid sick leave can be earned in the first year of employment with a total of 480 hours accumulation.

Parent Partner Coordinator Job Summary:
A Parent Partner Coordinator works with the program's parent mentors, who are referred by the Iowa Department of Human Services, to the Children & Families of Iowa Parent Partner statewide program. This position requires the ability to drive and cover counties within the area and collaborate with program team members while being timely with required reports.
Parent Partner Coordinator Sample of Job Duties:
1) Actively recruit and retain Parent Partners
2) Manager Parent Partner teams and ensure contractual guidelines are being met
3) Ensure all weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly duties are completed
4) Ensure clinical collaboration meeting for the Parent Partner on at least a monthly basis for
clinical issues that arise in the provision services

Requirements
Associate degree plus four years of full-time experience in Child Welfare services required. Some exceptions where a high school degree would be acceptable, depending on the experience and skills of the applicant. Must obtain the Iowa Parent Partner Coordinator Certification within four months of employment. Experience providing leadership or direction to others or the ability and willingness to receive the training in this role. Above average writing skills required with experience in writing court reports and testifying in court preferred.
Your own access to high-speed internet is required to perform some of the job duties.
Must possess a valid driver's license with a safe driving record. Background and driving record checks will be conducted prior to start of employment.
