What are the responsibilities and job description for the H.O.M.E. Supervisor position at Children First Center?
As a member of Children First Center's administrative team, this individual is responsible for the ongoing supervision of a team of Family Support Workers and for contributing to the H.O.M.E. program's overall effectiveness in providing appropriate family interventions and connecting families to community resources. The individual assists in overseeing the operations of the H.O.M.E. program and maintains positive relationships with partnering agencies.
A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, family counseling, education or a related field is required. Candidate must have a minimum of five years' experience in home-based child welfare services or probation services under a DCS community-based contract plus one year of supervisory (supervising employees) experience.
Must have good oral and written communication skills and well as good time management skills. Must be available for staff and work well with staff and families.
