As a Case Manager at Children First Community Homes and Services, you will play a vital role in supporting children within the foster care system. This position is essential in ensuring that each child receives comprehensive care, advocacy, and resources to thrive despite their circumstances.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments to identify the needs of children in the foster care system.
- Develop and implement individualized service plans tailored to each child's unique situation.
