We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for a three-month position , with the potential for extension. The ideal candidate has strong written communication skills , exceptional organizational abilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role requires professionalism, discretion, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide administrative support to executives, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
  • Draft, edit, and proofread emails, reports, presentations, and other business documents with a strong emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
  • Coordinate  arrangements, expense reports, and event planning as needed.
  • Maintain confidential records, files, and databases with accuracy and discretion.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Assist in project management, tracking deadlines, and ensuring follow-ups are completed.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
  • Oversee office operations, including ordering supplies, handling invoices, and liaising with vendors.
  • Support HR-related tasks, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned to ensure seamless office operations.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in administrative support, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as an administrative or executive assistant.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft professional documents and correspondence.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience supporting senior executives or working in a nonprofit or corporate setting.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and CRM systems.
